Positive: The check-in via the app was clear and easy, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was tasty, the location was quiet and fairly close to the city centre via public transport. The bed was quite comfy and the room was fairly clean.
Negative: Upon checking in, my room was not actually prepared adequately. I checked in at 20.00, 5 hours after check-in was made available, and my room was still not ready. There was no bed, the mattress was not in the room, no sheets, all the kitchen cupboards were left open, there were no cushions for the couch, and not enough towels. I called the hotel number and even though they reacted to the situation fairly quickly, we agreed that some form of compensation is appropriate for the unprofessional state that I found the room in. Furthermore, the couch cushions were only brought to my room the following day. Please clarify what appropriate compensation can be provided because of this situation. Thank you!
Summary: After a somewhat shaky start to my stay, the rest of the time was spent in comfortable conditions!

Positive: Although not in the centre of Stockholm, it is easy to access the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable. Very well-equipped kitchen.
Negative: It was impossible to find help out of the office hours. You neked a good phone to be able to enter the hotel and your room.

Positive: The bathroom was excellent and the best part of apartment. The apartment was clean. The area it is in is very quiet was very quiet apartment except the building work in week Safe area
Negative: For this price the apartment especially bed area was smaller than expected. Tv only had swedish channel and if you tried to play the radio channels theyd cut off after a few minutes. Wifi was poor. Id often switch to 5g as quicker. No instructionsfor cooker and no key for windows. You have to speak to reception for both. If youve not used a conduction hob before its annoying to not have instructions. They emailed them to me but why cant they have them printed. Also it was very sporadic in terms of switching it on. Gave up cooking my own breskfast as hob would sometimes be easy to switch on sometimes it would take ages. Furniture is all a bit budget hotel which the circa 125 pound a night i paid doesnt match. Def targetted to short stay business people or younger travellers. Would not recommend for holidays or longer stays. Communal areas are dead and soulless. Is a good 40 min round trip on metro from centre and not many cafes etc nearby. Storage was fine but given my room had a sofa bed too im not sure id want to share with more than one other person. Bed is crammed into the smallest space. Is located in a business area. Id recommend other parts of stockholm if holidaying as this location is poor for that. Has an app as a key. If you arent a tech savvy person get a key and ask how everything works. Its very much a apple apartment - no instructions but if you ask someone will tell you.

Positive: We loved our stay at Sky Hotel Apartments. Everything was new, the room is nicely decorated, the bed is super comfortable, super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Short walk to the metro station or around 50 min walk to the city center.
